We exist to challenge a broken, outdated approach to mental health in the UK, where people at their most vulnerable in mental health services are often exposed to a frightening and harsh environment closer to a prison than a hospital. To do this, we create spaces where human beings dealing with mental illness can express themselves and feel joy while working through their recovery.

Our archive of 50+ workshops is completely free to access online. Join our internationally acclaimed artists bringing you step-by-step guides and techniques, directly from their studio to yours.
