Paresha Amin

Paresha Amin’s paintings depict combinations of real landscapes that she has encountered and imaginary landscapes that exist in her mind. They are an amalgamation of scenes that she has come across in films, magazines, alighted upon whilst walking and imagined whilst reading books and poetry, rather than strictly observed landscapes.

A person wearing a long-sleeve shirt and apron is standing on a ladder, painting a mural on a wall. The mural features abstract shapes, some filled with bright yellow color. The person is reaching up with a paintbrush, focused on their work.
