How to Collage a Portrait Tutorial with Sharon Walters Part 1

Description:

Artist Sharon Walters will guide us through a playful excercise exploring colour, pattern and texture using layered collage techniques. Translate your feelings and express yourself by tearing, ripping and gluing paper.

Materials used:

  • A4 paper
  • Pritt stick
  • Scissors (or try tearing)
  • Ruler * Tracing paper
  • Coloured paper
  • Marker pens, pencils, acrylic paint, crayons (any of these can be used)
