Imagine Flora with Valerie Asiimwe Amani

Description:

Join us for a workshop inspired by gardens and flora with Valerie Asiimwe Amani! Learn to create abstract floral arrangements using recycled paper, old newspaper, and discarded fabric. The workshop will be accompanied by garden stories that incorporate the symbolism and histories associated with different local and foreign plants.

Materials used:

  • Old magazines/newspapers/scrap papers
  • 2 plain A3 sheets of recycled paper per person
  • Glue Stick
  • Gold pen
